Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies only to event registrations sold by ENTRE. It does not govern Life Design OS memberships or software, which are sold and supported by ENTRE's partner company, Life Design Technologies.

1. ENTRE event purchases

Unless the event registration page or written purchase agreement states a different cancellation period, you may request a refund within three calendar days after purchasing an ENTRE event registration.

After the applicable refund period, the purchase is final except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided in the written terms for that event.

2. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@designyourlife.com from the email address used to register. Include the purchaser's name, the event name, and available order information. A request is effective when ENTRE receives it.

3. Plus-one registrations

A plus-one registration is part of the related event order and follows the same cancellation and refund terms as the primary registration. Plus-one registrations may not be separated, reassigned, or transferred without ENTRE's written approval.

4. Transfers and unused registrations

Event registrations are non-transferable unless ENTRE approves a transfer in writing. Missing an event, failing to complete a stated prerequisite, or choosing not to attend after the refund period does not create a right to a refund.

5. Event changes or cancellation by ENTRE

Dates, locations, speakers, format, and programming may change. If ENTRE cancels an event and does not provide a replacement or rescheduled event, the purchaser will receive the remedy stated in the event's written terms or required by law.

6. Life Design OS membership billing

Life Design OS Core Plus and higher memberships are sold, billed, and supported by Life Design Technologies. Requests involving membership renewal, cancellation, software access, or subscription refunds must be made under the Life Design OS terms and support process at LifeDesignOS.ai.

7. Other companies' offerings

Awakened Heart is sold and supported by Compassion-Based Transformation, not ENTRE. Its provider's cancellation and refund terms apply. Other partner or third-party offerings are likewise governed by the terms presented by the identified seller.
